Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a form of holistic therapy focused on the energy-based system. There is a held belief in this practice that we are built up of energies, which over time and through stressful life events, can become stagnant and need cleansing and revitalising in order for us to feel our best selves and vibrate as we should. This is also connected to the fundamentals of our Chakra Systems, originating in India between 1500 and 500 BC.

Crystal Healers hold the knowledge of the individual properties of each crystal, which to recommend to users, as well as where to place them for individual's highest and greatest good. Just holding and being near these crystals is therefore thought to affect our own energies on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.

Level II Usui Reiki

Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing modality originally created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Since then it has been passed down a sacred lineage to myself, shared with me by my incredible Reiki Master Pauline Richards, giving me the strong position of 9th in the lineage. 

Reiki can be translated as "universal life force energy",  and there is a belief that it has always existed and has been brought to Earth and harnessed by many people throughout human existence.

An attuned practitioner (me!) uses symbols to activate certain aspects of Reiki and to achieve certain methods of healing. I am also able to invoke these symbols into the crystals, amplyifying their healing properties and filling them loving light.

The benefits of Reiki are infinite. These are only a few examples of how receiving Reiki treatments can benefit you.

• Reducing stress and promoting relaxation, which helps the body release tension and stress.

• Helps to decrease and even rid energy blockages

• Help the body cleanse itself of toxins and support/strengthen the immune system

• Helps one to feel more grounded and focused

• Improved sleep

• Pain relief and physical healing

• Accelerates physical healing - ie: wounds take less time to heal, tattoos heal faster

• Aids in spiritual growth

• Reiki can be used during pregnancy, on babies and children, and is also beneficial for the end of life transitioning process
